Lean Agile Foundation training introduces the essential techniques needed to work effectively with the Lean & Agile Way of Working.
Overview.
Lean Agile Foundation training introduces the the Agile framework and fundamentals to effectively contribute in Lean & Agile teams.
Unlike traditional Agile courses that focus heavily on software development, our unique course specifically emphasise the use of Agile thinking in non-software development applications such as managing improvement initiatives and running routine day-to-day activities such as handling complaint lifecycles.
The introductory Lean Agile Delivery course explores how to participate in Scrums, planning, sprints, and stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Further, through hands-on simulations, participants will complete the full Lean Agile cycle, practically applying the knowledge learned.

Learning Objectives.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the Lean Agile Delivery framework, roles and responsibilities
