Lean Agile Certification Pathways:
Agile Foundation > Scrum Master
Agile Foundation > Process / Product Owner
Lean Agile Process / Product Owner training covers the Lean Agile Delivery framework, tools and skills required for overseeing improvement initiatives or supervising routine day-to-day work activities.
Overview.
A Process Owner is the individual accountable for the performance of a process and for ensuring the process delivers value to its stakeholders. Process owners manage the requirements of process stakeholders, translate those requirements into process performance objectives, and oversee the entire process design and improvement lifecycle. This program also covers traditional Agile Product Owner role.
This practitioner class explores the ways in which a Process / Product Owner will interact with a Scrum team, the responsibilities of the Process / Product Owner and their responsibilities to the business and Scrum team.
Further, through hands-on simulations, participants will complete the full Lean Agile cycle, practically applying the knowledge learned.
