Certified Lean Six Sigma Practitioner – Green Belt 

Certification is awarded to participants who successfully complete:

  1. AuSQ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt knowledge assessment

  2. A workplace improvement project

Knowledge assessment and certification fees are inclusive in course fees.

 

Delivery.

Our entire team has developed virtual, online versions of all of our Certified classes delivered live, in real-time, by our top-rated Master Black Belt instructors through the Zoom platform. 

We aim to maintain a group size between 8 to 16 participants for this course. We found this can yield a better learning experience.
